1. Use AstraiLab responsibly
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, upload, output, account, API request and other activity on AstraiLab. It supplements the Terms of Use. You must follow applicable law, respect other people's rights and use the service in a way that does not create unreasonable risk to people, systems or the public.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use AstraiLab to create, upload, request, distribute or facilitate any of the following:

| Rights and privacy violations | Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality or other rights, or exposes private personal information without permission. |
| Malicious or unsafe technology | Malware, credential theft, destructive code, evasion tools, attacks, unauthorised access, surveillance or instructions designed to compromise systems. |
| Harassment and hate | Targeted harassment, doxxing, hateful abuse, threats or dehumanising content directed at a person or protected group. |
| High-impact decisions | Using AstraiLab as the sole or decisive basis for medical, legal, employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, law-enforcement or other high-impact decisions about a person. |
3. Prohibited platform abuse
- Do not bypass authentication, plan limits, credit accounting, safety systems, rate limits or provider controls.
- Do not scrape, crawl, mirror, resell or bulk-export the service or its outputs without written permission.
- Do not use automation to create accounts, evade enforcement, exhaust shared resources or interfere with another user's access.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or probe non-public systems except to the extent a non-waivable law expressly permits it.
- Do not upload passwords, API keys, payment credentials, malware or secrets into prompts, files or support requests.
- Do not misrepresent an AI output as verified evidence, a professional assessment or a person's authentic statement when that would deceive others.
4. Rights and consent for uploaded material
Before submitting a file, face, voice, name, personal detail, logo, music track or other protected material, confirm that you have the permissions and notices required to use it, send it to the selected provider and create the requested output. Do not upload another person's private material merely because the interface accepts a file.
If you are creating content for a client, employer or organisation, you are responsible for their instructions, approvals, data protection requirements and distribution rights.
5. Review, reporting and enforcement
AstraiLab or its providers may automatically or manually review a request for safety, fraud, rights, abuse and legal compliance. We may reject a request, limit an account, remove content, restore credits under the applicable job rules, suspend access or terminate an account when we reasonably believe this policy or the Terms has been violated.
If you believe content or activity violates this policy, report it to support@astrailab.com with the URL or job identifier, the reason for the report and any relevant evidence. Do not send illegal material, passwords, private keys or unnecessary personal information in a report.
If a legitimate request was blocked or your account was restricted by mistake, contact support from the account email with the relevant job or account details. We will review the available information and correct an error where appropriate.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as models, laws, provider rules and safety practices change. The revised version becomes effective when published unless a later date is stated. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@astrailab.com.
