1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AstraiLab, including its public website, account, creative workspace, models, tools, generated media, subscription plans and credits. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Refund Policy and any terms shown at checkout or for a particular model.
If you use AstraiLab for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. In that case, "you" includes the organisation and you are responsible for its users and content.
2. Eligibility and account security
You must be legally able to enter a contract and meet the minimum age required to use an online service in your jurisdiction. If you are below the age of majority, use AstraiLab only with the permission and supervision required by your parent or legal guardian.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Keep credentials, sessions and recovery methods secure.
- Do not share an account or use another person's account to bypass plan, permission or security controls.
- Notify support@astrailab.com promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it resulted from a security failure that is our responsibility under applicable law.
3. The service and AI functionality
AstraiLab provides software for creating and managing AI-assisted image and video workflows. Features, models, limits, output formats, availability and provider routes may change. We may add, remove, suspend or restrict a model when required for safety, licensing, provider availability, security or operation of the service.
AI systems can produce inaccurate, offensive, incomplete or unexpected results. Outputs may resemble outputs generated for other users and may not be unique, accurate, lawful, safe or fit for a particular purpose. You must review every output before using, publishing or distributing it. AstraiLab is not a substitute for professional advice and must not be used to make emergency, medical, legal, employment, credit, insurance or other high-impact decisions.
4. Your inputs and generated outputs
You retain the rights you already have in prompts, instructions, uploaded files and other content you submit ("Inputs"). You represent that you have all rights, permissions, notices and legal bases needed for us and the selected model provider to process those Inputs.
As between you and AstraiLab, and to the extent permitted by law and the applicable provider terms, you may use the outputs generated for your account ("Outputs"). Outputs are not guaranteed to be exclusive; third parties may receive similar outputs or hold rights in source material, trademarks, people, music, styles or other elements. Provider-specific restrictions still apply.
You grant AstraiLab a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, transform and otherwise process Inputs and Outputs only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and support the requested service, handle abuse and comply with law. We do not place prompts or generated content into product analytics parameters.
5. Acceptable use
You may use AstraiLab only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Do not use it for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful or rights-infringing content; child sexual abuse; non-consensual intimate imagery; credible threats or violent wrongdoing; malware, credential theft or unauthorised access; targeted harassment or hate; or high-impact decisions about a person.
You may not bypass access controls or moderation, interfere with the service, probe or attack infrastructure, scrape or bulk-export the service without permission, reverse engineer it except where law permits, abuse credits or free access, upload malware or secrets, or use outputs to violate another person's rights.
6. Safety review and enforcement
Requests may be automatically or manually reviewed by AstraiLab or a provider for safety, fraud, abuse, legal compliance and service operation. A request may be rejected, delayed or stopped, and credits may be restored under the applicable job and billing rules, when a request fails, is unsafe, violates these Terms or cannot be completed.
We may investigate suspected violations, limit features, suspend an account, remove content or terminate access. We will consider the seriousness, scope and risk of the conduct and any legal requirements.
7. Plans, subscriptions and credits
AstraiLab currently offers subscription plans that may include Creator, Pro and Studio tiers, with monthly and annual billing options where shown on the pricing page. The checkout page controls the applicable price, currency, taxes, billing interval, plan benefits and payment terms for your purchase.
Creem acts as the merchant of record for purchases made through the Creem checkout. Creem may provide the hosted checkout, customer portal, payment processing, tax handling and transaction records; AstraiLab remains responsible for the service and customer support.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until you cancel them through the payment provider or another cancellation flow we make available.
- Plan credits are issued for the applicable subscription period and are consumed according to the quote shown before a generation. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of that period and do not roll over unless the checkout or product explicitly says otherwise.
- Credits are a service entitlement, not money, a deposit, security or transferable property. They cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash or used outside the account that received them.
- We may correct, revoke or adjust credits issued through error, fraud, abuse, chargeback or a failed transaction, while preserving rights that cannot be waived by law.
- We may change plan prices or benefits for future billing periods. Where required, we will give notice before the change applies to a renewal.
AstraiLab does not currently offer standalone Credit Packs. If a checkout flow later offers a different product, its displayed terms will apply to that purchase.
8. Payment, taxes and cancellation
Payments are processed through Creem as the merchant of record. You authorise Creem to charge the selected payment method for the price, taxes and recurring charges displayed before confirmation. You must keep billing information current and are responsible for taxes imposed on your purchase unless the law requires them to be collected at checkout.
You can cancel a subscription through the AstraiLab account billing area and Creem Customer Portal. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and leaves access available through the paid period. Refund eligibility, failed-generation credit restoration and the refund request process are described in the Refund Policy. Payment disputes remain subject to mandatory consumer law, Creem's process and the rules of your payment method.
9. Third-party services
AstraiLab depends on third parties for authentication, hosting, storage, payments, analytics and AI model processing. Their services may have separate terms, privacy practices, availability limits and content rules. We are not responsible for a third party's acts or omissions except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by law. Your use of a third-party service through AstraiLab must comply with that service's terms.
10. AstraiLab intellectual property
AstraiLab, its software, interface, design system, documentation, names, logos, trademarks and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership or licence is granted by implication.
If you send feedback, suggestions or error reports, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without owing you compensation, provided we do not disclose your confidential content as feedback.
11. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using AstraiLab at any time and may request account or personal-information deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions; deleting an account does not necessarily reverse a completed payment.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal or safety risk, non-payment, fraud, abuse, provider requirement or a prolonged service shutdown. Where reasonable and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Terms that should reasonably survive termination, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability and dispute provisions, will survive.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraiLab is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular generation result, preservation of content, compatibility with every device or provider, or that outputs will be accurate, non-infringing, secure or suitable for your purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
13. Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraiLab and its operators, affiliates, providers and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or related to the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or certain personal-injury claims.
You agree to defend and indemnify the operator against third-party claims arising from your Inputs, Outputs, unlawful use of the service, breach of these Terms or violation of another person's rights, except to the extent the claim resulted from our own unlawful conduct.
14. Changes, disputes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. We will publish the revised version and update the date above. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires a different form of consent.
Contact us first at support@astrailab.comso we can try to resolve a dispute informally. Any dispute will be handled by a court or dispute process with jurisdiction under applicable law, and these Terms do not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your place of residence.
